We only offer a limited number of Business Partner places at any one time. That’s deliberate.
This is a close working relationship. We’ll get to know your business properly, have honest conversations, challenge you when we think you’re getting something wrong and be there when important decisions need to be made.
For that to work, we need to like and trust the people we work with, and you need to feel the same about us. We’re not interested in taking on every business that comes through the door.
We look for good businesses run by good people who are ambitious, open to challenge and enjoyable to work with. If there’s a good fit on both sides, we can do some great work together.
